POAP Moments

POAP Moments is a product built for sharing memories with friends! Archive photos and videos, tag your friends, and create interactive experiences for POAP collectors.

POAP Moments offers a way to collect all the data, media, and content (Moments) created with relation to a shared memory, and add it to a time capsule (Capsules) to be forever shared with whoever was there. The platform allows anyone to create Moments and link them to Capsules, as well as to browse Capsules to see what other POAP collectors have been up to.

It offers features including:

  • Support for multimedia, including images, video, links, tokens, and text
  • Captioning, linking, and tagging
  • Cross platform sharing, powered by the open graph and open frames standards
  • An interactive experience built for engaging collectors at POAP-powered events
  • An easy way to see who is involved in preserving the history of a community

What can you do with POAP Moments?

Create Moments

You can upload images, video, audio files, text, or link to tokens and URLs to tell the story of all the Moments of what happened and who was there at your event.

Connect, tag, and organize

Tag people who were there and add captions - or just write a note about your experience. You can connect POAPs to the memory and add them all to a time Capsule.

Share your memories

Share a single Moment, Capsule, or all your Moments at once across any social media platform or medium. POAP Moments supports pretty snippets for showing your memories off online.

Engage with collectors at POAP-powered events

With Moments Live, you can broadcast an animated wall of all the Moments being created during the event. Users can easily add their own Moments through a QR code on the wall to interactively build history while it is being made!

Released November 25, 2024

  • Multiple media Moments
    • Bulk upload now creates a single Moment with all media attached instead of multiple individual Moments, which also allows users to add a caption and tag people who were part of the Moment.

  • Tag yourself in the Moments of another collector
    • You can now tag yourself in another collector’s Moment if you have a POAP from the Drop connected to the Moment’s Capsule

  • Add a Moment to more than one Capsule
    • It's now possible to add a Moment to 0, 1, or multiple Capsules directly from the creation form.
  • Change or remove Capsule in edit mode
    • We’ve added an additional feature to edit mode now with the ability now to both add and remove the Capsules a Moment is in from within the details view, completing the "edit moment" feature set.

  • Tag people when creating a Moment
    • You can now tag people during the Moment creation process.
  • See Moments a user is tagged in
    • Click on any users name to see what Moments they have been tagged in under their profile page. You can filter the view of a user’s profile page to see Moments they have created, been tagged in, or all the Moments they have been a part of.

  • Edit Moments
    • User can edit an existing moment if they are the creator of that Moment and have connected their wallet. Editing allows you to or add or change a caption to media Moments Change or delete the Moment.
  • Tag another user with their ENS or address
    • When editing a Moment that you created on that Moment’s detail page, you can tag users by clicking the “Add tag” button and entering in a valid ENS or ETH address into the new “People” tab. You can also remove a tag already added.

  • Create a Moments Live interactive screen
    • Users can now create a Moments Live display straight from any Capsule of Moments by clicking on a button.
